SHIPPING & RETURNS
All Australian orders are shipped by Australia Post using Australia Post (standard) delivery fees and charges available at https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/.
Whilst we do not guarantee delivery times, deliveries are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days.
All international orders will be shipped using Australia Post International (standard) delivery fees and charges available at https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/.*
*The customer must be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on the international parcel.
All orders are automatically insured for their full value with Australia Post and whilst we do not guarantee delivery times, deliveries are estimated to arrive within 5-16 business days.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.
Please ensure you double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order to avoid delays.
Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Tracking Your Order
Once your online order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification by email confirming the details of your order. This email will also include a tracking number and information on how to track your order.
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. That’s why we provide you with the peace of mind to be able to exchange, credit (via gift card) on any item up to 7 days after receiving your order.
If you decide that you need to exchange or credit any item please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the order, providing your reasons or exchange requirements. Orders must be received by Action Figures Industries warehouse (address below) no later than 21 days after the receipt of your order. Any returns that arrive after this time will not be accepted.
For exchanges or credits please:
1. Email email@example.com 7 days of receiving your order, providing the reasons for your exchange/credit request.
2. Ensure all items are in original condition and have not been used, altered or damaged.
3. Ensure all items have the original packaging in place and are in good condition.
4. Enclose the original receipts and returns number, as advised by Action Figures Industries following receipt of your “returns email.”
6. Return items via Australia Post with tracking to the address provided on your form returns email response. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and we are not liable for any returned items that are lost in the post.
Returns Using Our VIP discount
Any orders placed online using your special VIP code or VIP promotional codes aren’t able to receive a refund, however we are happy to provide a credit (via gift card) valid for six months, or exchange.
Returns on Sale Items
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or credits (via gift card) on sale items, however we will gladly exchange these items, as long as they meet the above procedures and are returned within 21 days.
We thoroughly check all goods prior to delivery. However, in the unlikely case your item is faulty, we will replace the item for you, or if in the case that this is not possible, you may choose another item. If there is no suitable replacement item, we can offer you a refund. You will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.
Whilst we endeavor to keep our stock levels up to date, there is a possibility the item you have ordered may recently be out of stock. In this unlikely event, we will do our best to find you a replacement or else refund you.
For pre-order items we provide regular updates on item availability and pre-order arrival via our messenger chat on Facebook. We do not provide updates via email.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item is incorrect or faulty.
Exchanges and in-store credits may take up to 7 days to process after the order is returned to our warehouse. We will send you an email to advise that the exchange or in-store credit has been processed
